ESC Resident Educator Year 1 & 2 Meetings

Resident Educators and Mentors met at the ESC Learning Center to go over the final requirements for Year 1 and Year 2 and focus on the reqirements for next year.  The goal is to prepare them for their Resident Educator Summative Assessment (RESA) Year 3.  RESA Scoring notes were shared with teachers and mentors to ensure they work to the scoring rubric.   Sample activities on Communication and Professional Development were completed by candidates breaking into smaller groups and sharing of their thoughts regarding scoring.   Questions were answered as needed to clarify the RESA program components.   Suggested assignments were made to assist teachers in begining the next year of their residency.
