Dr. Jacob White will be presenting a three-day workshop on "A Dive Into Ohio's Standards and Model Curriculum For Science." This PD series consists of three one-day sessions. Participants attend all three. The sessions are spaced to allow participants to discuss and apply ideas from each session.
Districts are encouraged to send teams to facilitate grade and/or vertical planning. Individual participants will have an opportunity for support with their individual planning.

Day 1 - Standards 101-components of the standards and model curriculum including the newly developed "Nature of Science" section
Day 2 - Instruction-implications of the revisions for both content and pedagogical shifts
Day 3 - Implementation-transitioning to 2018 standards, curriculum planning, identifying quality instructional materials, and more
Participants will need to register for EACH training session separately on our website by selecting the date of the training and providing your name and email address.
Each Class will cost $25.00.
Participants will receive 6 Contact Hours for EACH class.
