In the early spring, the Gallia-Vinton ESC hosted meetings for the Year 4 Resident Educators. The purpose of the meetings was to collect the completed Leadership Action Plans from each of the REs and to provide guidance for the REs “next steps”. The meetings marked the end of a four-year journey for the young educators. ESC Program Managers provided REs information relative to applying for their first 5-Year Professional License and advice for beginning the renewal process with their Local Professional Development Committees. The ESC provided a cake and drinks to celebrate 43 Resident Educators' successful completion of the mentoring program and to welcome them into the ranks as "professional educators." Congratulations to the Resident Educators!
