AdvancED Accrediation Symbol

Superintendent Denise Shockley and her associates were honored to have Mrs. Brenda Nash-Mason, AdvancED Director of the Northeastern United States, visit the Gallia-Vinton ESC recently. Mrs. Nash-Mason was present to bestow a plaque in honor of the Gallia-Vinton ESC’s continued accreditation through the AdvancED organization. The Gallia-Vinton ESC earned accreditation initially in 2012 and in 2017, met the criteria for extending the endorsement for an additional five years. Doug Hale, who led the ESC associates, staff, and affiliates through the accreditation process, accepted the award on behalf of all. Mrs. Nash-Mason also provided the ESC with an explanation of the various AdvancED technical tools that are made available to organizations meeting accreditation.

Congratulations to the Gallia-Vinton Educational Service Center for meeting and sustaining the rigorous standards set forth by the AdvancED organization!
