Mr Stout, a colleague, a friend and a historian

In Memory of Patrick Stout, a great leader, colleague, and friend.  (September 19, 1954 - September 2, 2018).   Mr. Stout was instrumental in helping to establish the Landmark Moments Fellowship for middle and high school teachers.  He also had a prominent role in the state and national Beta Club organization.  A retired administrator from the Gallia County Local Schools.  Mr. Stout was a consultant for the Gallia Vinton ESC for the past nine years.  He will be missed
