The GVESC's Thad Haines led introductory sessions on What I Need (WIN) time. As part of their One Plan and MTSS implementation, Jackson City Schools elementaries are utilizing WIN time to provide timely and targeted support to all of their students for academics, behavior, and SEL. The idea behind building a schedule with WIN time is that teachers would be able to use data to determine individual student needs and provide students with interventions or enrichment opportunities in the exact area in which they need it most.
