On November 5, 2024, 14 participants attended the Professional Substitute Teacher Training at the Gallia County Local Schools led by Dianna Eiring.  The training focused on ethical and professional practices for substitute teachers. The training addressed key topics such as electronic communication, technology use, and classroom management techniques. Strategies for being an effective "guest teacher" were also discussed.
