Dr. Shockley Receives the E. Robert Stephens Award
Joan Wade, Dr. Denise Shockley, Craig Burford.Congratulations to Gallia-Vinton Educational Service Center Superintendent Dr. Denise Shockley on being awarded the Association of Educational Service Agencies E. Robert Stephens Award for her "research which advances the understanding of educational service agencies at the regional, state, and/or national levels." Robert Stephens was known as the grandfather of educational service agencies, writing the original legislative language to create one of the first systems in the nation in 1975.
