Laurel Marion had the privilege of actively participating in a collaborative effort to update the Ohio School Counselor Evaluation System (OSCES) training materials. This experience provided the opportunity to engage with local school counselors, whose expertise and insights proved invaluable. Laurel shared that “working together, we were able to craft training materials that were more tailored, relevant, and responsive to the ever-evolving needs of our education system. This collaborative effort will ultimately benefit students, schools, and the school counseling profession as a whole.”
